Task Tags for Java Souce and XML File on Eclipse 3.3

For eclipse 3.3 "Task Tags" for java source file are enabled by default with 3 basic tags (TODO, FIXME, XXX) but task tags for XML file are not enabled. To enable task tags for XML file, change the settings on [Windows > Preference > Web and XML > Task Tags] menu.

Troubleshooting
